Demo Team (Ages 4 - 6)
Our Demo Team is a pre-competitive gymnastics program designed for young athletes who are ready to take the next step beyond recreational classes. This group focuses on building strong foundational skills, improving strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while introducing the structure and discipline of competitive gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.
Gymnasts train once per week for 2 hours, which provides the perfect bridge between recreational gymnastics and future competitive opportunities. Athletes in this program do not compete, but gain valuable experience to help them transition confidently into future competitive opportunities. Some gymnastics experience required.
XCEL Program (Ages 7+)
Our XCEL Program is a competitive gymnastics program for athletes ages 7 and up, offering a flexible and rewarding path in the sport. Gymnasts in this program train to build advanced skills while enjoying the experience of competition in a positive, team-based environment. Athletes will participate in 2 - 4 local competitions per season and will also have the exciting opportunity to compete internationally, providing unique experiences both in and out of the gym. Locations vary each season. Gymnastics experience required.
Private Lessons (Ages 5+)
Private lessons are available to all dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts of all levels looking for individualized coaching to improve technique, gain confidence, or work on specific skills. Sessions are tailored to the athlete's goals and are open to those aged 5+. No gymnastics experience required.

PA Day Camps (Ages 5 - 15)
The Dream Team offers exciting PA Day Camps throughout the school year for kids ages 5 - 15! These camps are all about getting active, having fun, and learning new skills in a supportive and positive environment. Campers will move through a variety of circuits and stations on all the gymnastics equipment, building strength, coordination, balance, and confidence. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or already has a few skills under their belt, they'll have a great time staying busy and engaged all day long. No gymnastics experience required.
